• Annual income of not more than Rs. 2,50,00/= (Parental annual income)

2. Educational Certificates: Those who are applying to take the benefit of this scheme the applicant must have higher secondary certificate (12^th Passed). This ensures the scheme is benefitted to the educated and employed youth of Goa who are struggling to find a job. Hence, the educational certificate shall be submitted for verification purpose.
3. Income Certificate: To ensure that the scheme is benefitted only to the needy, the applicant shall submit family income certificate not exceeding Rs. 2,50,000/= annual. The applicant is required to submit a valid income certificate that is issued by a recognized authority of Goa.
4. Status of Employment: Since the scheme is only to the youth of Goa those who are educated but are still unemployed, the applicant will have to submit a self-declaration “employment status proof” declaring that he/she is not employed in any government or private sector job.
5. Age Limit: The age requirement mentioned is, that the applicant shall be between 18 and 35 years of age. To prove his/her age one must produce document for verification such as the Aadhaar Card, Birth Certificate, School leaving certificate, driving license or passport copy.
